The Highlands of Scotland are rich in history, culture and tradition. But Scotland is also becoming known for it's amazing Photography that it has to offer. Rain, sun or snow., the Highlands of Scotland have dramatic landscapes by day, and astrophotography by night.
Join us for a photography workshop like no other. Led by our lead tutor; Katrina Frazer. With 8 years experience in delivering the very best photography experiences. You will be sure to capture the photography you hoped for.

What to expect;
Day One; 5th April
Making your first stop at Loch Ness and Urquhart castle on route from Inverness. Marvel at the soaring mountains, sparkling rivers and wild moorlands as you travel under the shadow of the 5 Sisters of Kintail.
Continue along Loch Duich to Eilean Donan Castle for a stop before visiting the Isle of Skye. Crossing the Skye Bridge, we head to visit the Fairy Pools. Walk the trail that takes to you to the pools to enjoy some excellent landscape photography. Next is a stop in Portree, the capital of Skye, where you take in the Bonnie view of the tiny colourful harbour and stroll around the town.
After Portree, we marvel at the Old Man of Storr, which is part of a landscape that has appeared in many sci-fi films. This whole coastline is an outdoor museum in stone. We will then head to our accommodation. Later on in the evening, we will take a walking tour to capture the Sunset, which will be followed by a Night photography workshop.
Day Two; 6th April
We will start the day with a sunrise photography shoot by the lake before heading to Raamsay Isle. This isle is known as a paradise for walkers, nature lovers or those who want to escape and experience the peace and tranquillity of island life. If we are lucky, we might catch glimpses of golden eagles, sea eagles and the unique Raasay vole.
We will enjoy a short walking tour, followed by a tour of the isle by minibus before launch. After lunch, we will head back to the Isle of Skye to visit a highlight and secret for a landscape photography workshop which will end after sunset.
We will break for a late dinner and return for a final night photography workshop before retiring for the night.
Day 3; 7th April
We will be heading Edinburgh from Skye. Stopping at Glenfinnan Viaduct to see the Harry Potter Stream train in action before heading down towards the Grampian Mountains in the Lochaber area of the Scottish Highlands to view Ben Nevis. We will break for lunch before seeing DOUNE CASTLE and then Stirling castle. We will arrive in Edinburgh for sunset to visit one of the best Edinburgh locations to capture the sunset before this tour comes to an end at 9; 30 pm.
