Tour Of Birmingham City Centre At Night          

This tour will teach you how to capture the bright lights of Birmingham city at
night as well as other creative tricks such as movement within photographs
and more.

We will start with discussing what ISO, WB, shutter speed and f.stops are best for photographing
at night or in low light conditions.  Then we will head out to photograph in and around the
beautiful sights of Birmingham City Centre.  

This workshop is best for those with a DSLR or other camera that is capable of fully
manipulating the shutter speed and aperture.(if you are unsure whether your camera has this
setting, please contact us with your make / model number via our 'contacts
and booking page' and we will help you!) 

You will also need a tripod. (we do have one that you can use during the tour
but you may need to share it with anyone else who does not have one)


If you do not know where the ISO buttons and other buttons are on the camera, do not fear!
We start the tour with a talk about settings, with hands-on help to apply the right settings for your camera
and make sure by the end of the tour, you are confident with the buttons. And, we can have 'one on ones'
while touring which suit all levels of photography.

You will leave us with a full understanding of how WB, aperture, shutter speed, and ISO
work in conjunction to determine the proper exposure of an image for night time
and low light photography

(Please note, this tour will last for 2 hours. Around 15 participants will be in the group. This tour
will focus solely on photography)

We run tours every Saturday throughout September at 9pm.
We also run tours on the  first and third Wednesday in September at 9pm. 

October, Noverber, December and January

Tours will run every Friday at 6.30pm.
Tours will also run on the First &Third Wednesday of each month at 6.30pm.

We meet for all tours in the city centre outside the Birmingham history Museum in Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3DH
